RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns or exchanges can be organised via a direct email or message, and the process is super easy

Returns and exchanges are welcome if the item:

  • Is unused/unworn and in brand new condition
  • Product packaging is kept intact and as received
  • If contact is made within 14 days of receiving your purchase¬†
  • PLEASE NOTE: Personalised items and earrings are not eligible for refunds

REPAIR

As items are predominantly handmade, we may be able to repair items at a fraction of the cost of buying a new piece (depending on the nature of damage). Better for the environment and your pocket? Win Win. For a quote:
